How do I get a quote?
You can contact us via phone, text, or message us on Facebook. We’ll schedule a time to check out your property and provide a free, no-obligation quote.
Do you offer one-time services or only recurring?
We offer both! Whether you need a one-time clean-up or regular maintenance, we’re happy to work with your schedule and needs.
How do I pay for services?
We accept cash, Venmo, checks, and other payment methods upon request. For regular clients, we can also set up scheduled invoicing.
Do I need to be home during the service?
Not at all. As long as we have access to the areas we’re working on, we can take care of everything and send you a photo update if you'd like. We ask that you meet with us in person once and do a walk-through of where the service will be completed. We also request that you notify us of any pets before the service.
Can you haul away yard waste or junk?
Yes! We offer both yard waste and general junk removal services. Just let us know what needs to go, and we’ll take care of it.
Are you insured?
Yes, D-M Outdoor Services LLC is insured.
What areas do you serve?
We operate locally around Butler County, Kansas, and we’re happy to travel to surrounding areas depending on the job type.
How far in advance should I schedule a service?
The earlier, the better especially during peak mowing and spring clean-up season! But we do our best to accommodate short-notice requests when possible.
Is there any Contract or Paper Work the client needs to fill out?
Yes! We require our single-service and seasonal clients to fill out this quick general service agreement! For our yearly contracts, we require a more extensive contract!
